Information we process
When you request Private Beta access, Plintic stores the email address you provide and any optional name, company and current-channel information. Approved product users may also provide account identity, organisation, product, inventory, marketplace listing and order information required to operate the service.
How we use information
Information is used to review beta requests, operate and secure the service, support users and provide the product capabilities an organisation chooses to use. A beta request does not automatically create an account or marketplace connection.
Marketplace access
When an authorised user connects eBay, Plintic processes information permitted by the approved access scopes. Future marketplace integrations will only operate after an authorised connection is available and enabled.
Security and isolation
Marketplace credentials are protected by technical controls and are not intentionally exposed to public pages or browser API responses. Product data is scoped to the organisation that owns it.
Sharing and retention
Plintic does not sell information submitted through the website. Data may be processed by infrastructure and marketplace providers only where needed to operate requested services. Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the beta request, service, security and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted.
